I'M MAKING ICE CREAM, HOW MUCH PUREE SHOULD I USE?

Our fruit purées are perfect for elevating frozen treats like ice cream, sorbets, Italian ice, soft serve ice cream, ice pops and popsicles.

For the best balance of flavor and texture, we recommend using 2 to 3 pounds of purée per gallon of ice cream base. This range allows flexibility depending on your desired intensity and final product. 🍓🍦

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

Our purées have a shelf life of 18 months unopened, when stored at a maximum of 75°F, with no need to freeze. Once opened, they’ll stay fresh for 5 days refrigerated in the same bag, or can be frozen for up to 6 months. 🍓✅

ARE THIS PURÉES SUITABLE FOR SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM?

YES!!! THEY ARE, Our purées are seedless and don't contain pulp.
